Is it "normal" my ex hasn't removed a picture of me ...?

Is it "normal" she hasn't removed a picture of me from her personal Instagram?

It's just a picture of with the caption "Beautiful eyes".

She uses it regularly and has added a couple photos since.

No, it's just me and my "beautiful eyes".

I'd accept if she was in the picture too that it may just be because it's a good picture or that she looks good in it or whatever. But it's just me.
Or maybe she just fogot to delete it .. Idk..

Well she had removed a picture of me on her FaceBook when I removed her as a friend ... so it seems weird that she didn't do it on something she visits a lot more?
