Hi,
Im looking to get my birth certificate form countersigned for student finance, and i think i have found one, however i am not sure if it is valid.
The person is classed as my family however is not actually married to my uncle yet, they are just engaged.
They work as an estate agent...and i have known them for well over 10 years
Is this a valid counter signature?
