I would hate for the structure of the heart to come up as a 6-marker. I'd be really grateful for a negative feedback homeostasis one, though

B7 is the best unit ah love it! I'm predicting a lot on the new technologies section as there was only like tick box stuff on last years paper. Probably some stuff on the heart, insulin levels and muscles.

the gene responsible for vitamin a is first isolated and the copies are made.the gene is then joined to a vector such as a plasmid which is then transferred into a new cells.something like that.hoped it helped.

I find this exam so easy because there's only like 12 pages to know whereas B456 was nearer 25 idk if that's just me?

Vector = molecule that carries DNA information and inserts that into other cells

Isolation = isolating the gene in the daffodil that produces vitamin A (which was transferred to the rice using the vector)

Transferred = Gene is transferred to rice

The scientist used a gene probe to identify and isolate the gene in the daffodil that was responsible for Vitamin A production. S/he then used a florescent marker to identify the probe's position, and extracted it. The scientist then transferred this Vitamin A-producing gene to the rice using vectors (like plasmids), which carry DNA information.

I can only find one past paper on the OCR website.... The 2013 June one
Is there a reason for why there were no papers before this?

also how did you guys find physics yday? i bluffed p5 but p6 and p4 were quite nice. when i saw iggy the cat i instantly thought iggy azalea and started giggling wtf.
