    I've always based it on the pole; the bell and the egg shape

    I'm not losing weight as much now for aesthetic reasons. I mean I love my boobs but I'm thinking of my back. My bras are like....harnesses for rock-climbing. I have to go to special places to buy them.

    What about just standing and tensing your bum for about 30 seconds and letting go, do it a few times....works for me...

    sorry, i only just read htat post.
    well it was about 2 years ago so cant remember exactly. but i reckon that from what i was eating and the amount i was exercising i shouldve lost a good stone and a half... i lost a stone, theres a half stone adrift there... i always presumed a proportion of that was muscle. i was hten told i was underweight and shouldnt run so much, and i just gave up and couldnt be arsed anymore
