What about just standing and tensing your bum for about 30 seconds and letting go, do it a few times....works for me...

thats the worst thing to do, is eat late at night, how an earth are you supposed to burn it off when your asleep? it just lies in your stomach all night...nice

Errr, well, you can do deadlifts and stuff, but Id probably end up laughing if I saw a girl deadlifting...Ive seen some machines where you like, lay down on your front and lift your legs back, lying leg curl I think? Although they predominantly do the hams..

Thats untrue, you burn about 50 calories an hour sleeping.

REM sleep - your body is as active as when you are awake. you spend about 45 mins in REM sllep if you sleep for 8 hours a night :biggrin:
