Did your Primary School use plastic trays as a sort of personal 'locker'?

When I was at primary school, we used plastic trays in which we could keep our possessions in whilst we were at school- the concept of a locker. Each pupil in each class labelled their own tray and that became their own.

So I am wondering, did many other primary schools do this? If not how did yours keep possessions safe?

An image of the sort of thing I am referring to should be included. This may or may not apply solely to UK primary schools (?).

I don't remember using them for personal possessions though, just work stuff.

Other people did have Yu Gi Oh cards stolen a lot though.

I once 'hid' my blue eyes white dragon card down the side of my wardrobe, when I went back for it had disappeared. It's been at least 10 years and I still miss it. RIP x.

I remember this all too well: a full deck of Yu-Gi-Oh cards somehow disappeared from my tray- including a shiny Cyber Dragon that I was rather proud of.

You must be young. Wouldn't be able to fit one of these under there!

@OP yeah we did have these, but I just kept pencils etc.. in there. I wouldn't even leave pencils in them now with the amount of scummy crack babies going around the UK
I remember mine :moon:

It used to be so messy!
