I'm pretty sure everyone who lives in a city/town/village/place with mcdonalds will have been insulted by a chav at least once in their life.

I've been called 'scum' and been spat at. Presumably because of how I look :s-smilie: Oooh, I almost forgot - I've had stones thrown at me too (by kids/young teenagers).

When I was 13 I walked past a group of chavvy boys and one went "uch she's minging". That was 4 years ago, but it's one of those nasty little incidents you never forget.

I get assulted by little boys in my school all the time. The corridors are a nightmare, the boys stand against the walls on both sides and if you walk through you get pushed/ tripped up/ squirted with a water pistle etc.
"ahh that breahs TALL!"

-or-

"Youre tall!"

Thanks for telling me, champ. I had no idea.

I get by.

These 'chavs' you all seem so close to are kind to me, as is everyone else.

All you gotta do is keep your head up and not show any signs of intimidation before 'they've' even done anything. It's amazing how responses at school change to just those little things. The hoody might help too.

Someone called me a yank in London in September. It was funny. I also got called a 'paki' by some old, drunk woman. I just looked at her and dissed her in French. She just said: "Bonjour." HAHA. I love drunk people.
why the hell did they assume you were a 'yank' when you're Swiss. darn the stupidity of some people. don't bloody think before they talk.

oh and yes they've called me chink randomly b4 in the london underground but you show no intimidation and they back off.
I get called lots fo things every day because i work on a freephone number specifically targeted at under 18s. The best recent one was "you fat irish ****!" It couldnt be much further from the mark - im skinny and scottish!

I was at the bus stop once an all these boys walked past and one shouted "oh my god your breasts are so small" what was worse was the fact that a woman near by was laughing her head off!
Nope, but i was with an Asian friend who was. On the London underground a semi-homeless guy bumped into him, and called him a "****ing paki bastard". Totally unprovoked.
I've never been insulted by a chav, i've had them whistle at me and been called things like hot stuff and sweet cheeks.
I did have some crazy woman hurl abuse at me all the way down the road once. She was walking the opposite direction to me and as i approached her i moved aside to walk past her, unfortunatey she moved in the same direction so i moved back and so did she we did that awkward shuffle thing when people are trying to get past each other eventually as we managed to pass each other she gave mea really nasty look and said '**** off, love', i said 'i'm sorry?' and she said 'don't ****ing walk straight into me like a ****ing sunt! Are you ****ing blind, are you ****ing stupid?' I was genuinly shocked by this but i chose to ignore her and she just turned round and hurled abuse at me all the way down the road. I stopped listening after a while abut the word **** was definately said several times.
