Become a shag carpet or a feelingless creature.?

My confidence got absolutely smashed to floor last night as I discovered that I have no chance of getting probably the only girl I really seriously wanted to go out with for the first time in my life. It was not a school girl crush or lust any more.I knew she was good looking with a behaviour to match with but after coming across her profile in one of the internet sites I discovered she was gorgeous,and me being a sore loser-I have no chance as I have those fat rounded faces and I hate myself for this.

However, I have discovered my self-esteem can not go any more down and seriously have thought about the fact that fate has brought me to the lower position I have ever been to in my life with everything going the wrong way. I have liked so many girls in my life and I could not tell any of them, this being the latest case. People close to me get the best outta me yet I smile and oblige to their commands as I am honest and kind-what is wrong with me? I am scared to hurt people's feelings but in the process stretching and shredding myself to pieces. I am in pain but do not want to even scratch others.

One the bright side no one will know this as I keep these type things to myself-so is the big :biggrin:

to the outside world. I dont want to be the bad guy ever in my life time but this unusual desire has taken away all my natural human feelings to hate,be angry,annoyed or refuse to something I do not want to do. Have I become a comfy CArpet to give people free rides and I do not want to lose this girl as well............but do not know how to do anything. To sum it up------A LOSER.

why don't you have a chance? I'm sure you do, might not be high but probably higer than you think. Just be friends and you never know when you might find out that key point that will show you what she wants.
you will be fine, people probably do appreciate you being nice and yes do take advantage of it but one day it will be worth it as some special girl will notice and want you to be her nice guy.

If you've hit bottom, the only way to go is up.

If people walk all over you, bloody well stand up for yourself. If you let them, they'll continue to do so. They'll respect you more for standing up for yourself too.

Then, you'll learn self-respect and confidence and stand a chance of getting the girl you want.

But then, it's always easier to stay at the bottom feeling sorry for yourself, because if you're as low as you can go you're not going to go any lower, which kind of makes it safe.

Do you want to feel like a loser forever? If not, you know what you've got to do about it, we can't say or do anything to change your mind if you've made your mind up on what you're going to do.

hate to state the obvious here but ask her out!! you have nothing to lose so just go for it. she may just be waiting for you to make the first move for all you know.
