For the symptom of diabetes question, what did everyone put? I put dehydration, but should have probably been more specific and said that they would feel thirsty!

i think i messed it up as i started to talk about how 40c is ideal temp for the enzyme lactase to break down lactose into lactic acid, and at 60c the enzyme denatures. then realised that that is what happens when you make lactose free milk and the question was about yoghurt but hopefully i can still get a few marks for talking about lactose turning into lactic acid as that happens in the process of making yoghurt but its changed by bacteria not enzymes
