Hi,
I really want to learn Spanish; after twp years at GCSE, I want to go into a lot more depth with Spanish - I love the language and the culture; however, I am unsure on how to do this. Where do I start? At GCSE I was only learning vocabulary - NOTHING ELSE! Do you have any tips? Websites? Resources? How can I really get to grips with the language?
Kind Regards!

¡Hola! Are you going to do Spanish in A level? Even if not, there is a good website for grammar. www.studyspanish.com/tutorial.htm
There are other stuff in there but I only use the grammar section so can only recommend that.
This website is very easy to use to conjugate verbs: www.spanishdict.com/
Also, I personally watch shows in Spanish without subtitles and understand the majority of what they say. You can try that when you feel confident. Even if at the beginning you don't understand a lot, after getting used to the accent things will become much easier(that's how I've felt anyway!)
Hope o helped!!

Hi - thank you very much for your speedy reply and helpful advice - it's much appreciated!
Yes, I will be doing Spanish at A-level; however, I wanted a head start and I wanted to be at an advantage when I go to college in September.
Not only that, but I want to learn the language out of interest.
