If they know you well, and you normally wear tops that show you are a bit flat, then one day turn up with round lumps there people might notice , people who don't know you probably won't though
I have small boobs too. The first time I wore a padded bra, I saw someone looking at them. By that I'm guessing they figured out that I'm wearing a padded!

Your friends may, but that's only because of the difference in your look. Random strangers won't even give it a second look (or if they do, it's for a good reason).

Im slim and almost flat chested and im worried people will be able to tell if im wearing one:confused:

Not if you get one that fits you properly.

But, be happy with who you are. There's alot to be said for a petite figure!

So true. And alot of the nice haute couture models are flat-chested as well as slim.:yy: If that makes you feel any better.:s:

Even some now extroverted and really confident ppl used to feel like this. Take Paris Hilton for example, think what you may about her. When she was about 17 or in her teens or so, she was preoccuppied with her rather flat chest so wore padded bras then. But she now loves her figure as it is and doesn't wear them hardly much any more. Being flat-chested has benefits such as the one in the post above. Also you wont get back pains or strains from your breasts, less perving too, and can make you feel younger as when you are younger you didn't have breats anyway. Also if you like the androgynous style then it can work for that too, as well as being less of a getting in the way thing for sports, outdoorsie activities and playing like rough n tumbles.
Boobs would grow after pregnancy anyway. You don't want them to get extra extra large after that, be happy with what you got. I used to think like that to, now i'm pretty much careless. Sometimes you wear padded, sometimes you don't- who cares. If someone has keeping an eye on them well thats nice, if not then who cares!

i wouldn't worry if you're happy with yourself then that all that really matters.
i used to be paranoid that people would know and i used to think i was being a fraud, but now i'm not bothered cos only me and my boyfriend know, and i prefer the look of myself when im wearing padded bras, simply because i feel they give a better shape.

no random stranger will notice, thats a fact.
You could always tell my sister was wearing one, you can't tell that though with myself or my best friend when we wear a padded bra. I think one of the reasons was the quality of the bra ... don't make the mistake of just getting a crap little thing from H&M (where my sister buy's her's). You'll be lucky to find one that works if you really are that flat chested. Not saying some people can't wear those bras, but most can't.
Try and go bra shopping in a place like La Senza or similar where they can properly advise you and take a friend with you if you want to.
:ditto: go to marks and spencer or another department store for a proper fitting. ive found la senza a bit rubbish, i know department stores are more expensive but you get quality. *is happy because she just got two new bras in the sale at debenhams! is upset because her bra size is getting more and more silly*
you can get padded ones?!

i feel cheated...

but seriously, as long as you're wearing something reasonable over the top, no one will notice
