I dunno if i'm in the wrong or not, what do the tsr ppl think?

Heya, well my flatmateA [girl] got groped at some club and we picked her up. Before this the tv was on and i was watching it and then flatmateB shouts and tells me to turn it off and come with her. The way she did it was like talking down to me and getting pissed that i didn't care when really i didn't know what was going on... next, she goes "wheres ure car, lets go." That's kinda liberties though, i didn't know what happened yet i gotto take my car out and drive flatmateB and C around. So when we come back, i was like "when i got mugged last week i felt like crap and was worried about going out at night so flatmateA must be more worried." FlatmateB and C laughed and said it isn't the same and started shaking their heads... I know flatmateA had it bad but these noobs B & C lol are not showing no sign of caring.. kinda propa pissed me off.

Bit of background... i was mugged at knifepoint and i know who the mugger is so i'll see him everyday at uni and i was smacked a few times, so in a way it is kinda bad enough for someone to at least ask if i was alright and not laugh at me. Also, flatmate C kissed me on 2 occassions but i really don't want to go out with her so i told her nicely and ever since she has been giving me attitude and disagreeing with literally everything i say, lol even when i say "hello" she disagrees with it lol it's like how the hell can you disagree with that?! So what do i do? I can tell flatmateB is pissed off with me... i'm thinking that i'll blank B & C and just be mates with A and the other 1? lol it's a stupid situation but i can't even chill in the kitchen without them 2 looking at me weird and giving me attitude and i'm coming near to the point to us them wtf is up.

I'm quite confused as well. The only thing I think I understand was that you seemed to be saying that being groped in a club is worse than being mugged? That can't be right. I'm even more confused now.. :s-smilie:

Sounds like flatmate C feels a bit scorned though, you kissed twice and then turned round and said you weren't interested, perhaps you should apologise?

ur life is complicated, either that or the way ur tellin the story

I'm sorry for not being coherent. I typed that way too quick!

1) problem is flatmate b&C are giving me attitude and being out of order because they think that i believe me getting mugged is worse than flatmate A getting groped.
2) i realise that B&C don't give a **** about me since they laughed at me getting mugged...
3) do you think it's right for me to be pissed off with b&c for belittling me getting mugged? B&C did that cause of point 1)
lol still confusing a lil
4) flatmate c kissed me and then acted like nothing happened the day after each time and now she is starting on me ever since.

So what do i do? Ignore it and still be friendly with them or just blank them?

Flatmate problems are horrible. You have to live with B and C till the end of this year so you might as well ignore them and be friendly if they talk to you. Hang out with other people - I'm sure they'll get over their silly selves and come around.

Even if they don't, I'm sure you have nicer people to hang out with. Don't let flatmates stress you out. You're living there so keep it as simple as possible.
you're from london arnt you? london slang makes me happy....but homesick :frown:

Slap flatmates B&C into the neighbours rooms.

C is being childish, B is joining in (best friends by any chance?). If they want to act like children, treat them as such.

you guessed correctly

You're right, they are best friends now as flatmateA and C had little arguements and A pissed off B when really it was a joke that i can't understand how it would be offensive. Flatmate A and B used to be best mates and me and C were quite good mates, the other flatmate never gets pissed off so he has avoided all the problems.

It looks like i'm kinda screwed though, today C and B blanked me and B was whisphering some crap about me. lol it's over nothing aswell, i'm close to saying something to em because i'm not the type of person to take crap from people for too long.

Do you think that i should just chill in the kitchen and just do my own thing and pretend it's not bothering me? I know B is desperate for mates so i could bring mates over and just chill and blank her. I guess i'm gonna ave to play these stupid games too because by ignoring it, it'll never go away and i really will be going against my own character for just being nice to em. ********* though, when we all were friends it was good!
'noobs'?

If they think that you believe getting mugged is worse than getting groped when you don't think that and didn't know why you were picking up A, then why not, like, explain that?

Jesus! Reading about the behaviour of your flatmates makes me think you're still at high school... sure they aren't 15yr olds in disguise?

When you say groped that's very general, can you explain further, we talking having her boobs felt by a perv(assuming its a girl) or cornered by a load of chavs?

I would confront them to be honest, they sound very petty and immature and I would want to know exactly what the situation is and what's going on!

Also I hope you have done something about this person who mugged you if you know who they are, you didn't really indicate either way in your post?

Are you a 12 year old white wannabe?
If so, this post makes much more sense. Anyway, you lost my attention at "that's kinda liberties, though." Sorry.

Getting groped? As in some guy touched her whilst dancing? When she was probably dancing and acting in such a way to lead him on anyway, although of course I see that it is inappropriate its not as bad as getting mugged at knifepoint. It seems like what one would have to expect if one goes clubbing. Unless the guy liked stripped her naked at knifepoint then felt her up or something.
Yeah i'm a bit confused about the whole groped thing-that always happens- people generally just get on with it or if it's one of those nights when your being groped left right and center you leave-i've never found it necessary to call my friends and get them to collect me! As for being mugged thats horrific! Being groped in no way compares to being mugged! You are definitely not overreacting or in the wrong your flatmates are knobs.
