Stop, stop! You can't do it quickly, the weight will just come back. You have to balance because you'll need to lose it steadily.
It's simple: go for walks, swim, eat less crap (if you're an eater of junk food) and then try the less fatty options of food such as light mayonnaise etc.

ok for quick easy methods look into such things as laxative abuse, anorexia, and bulumia, once you have resaeched them throughaghly you have enough info to NEVER try them. Just a warning not an insinuation.

there are no quick easy methods im afraid only work, dedication and a sensible diet. Exercise and healthy eating, burning up more calories than your taking in, try swimming its a great all over workout
