latina is a culture not a race just like arab
but ik what you mean.....a latina and puerto rican is dayanara torres...grew up on the island...has the customs and ethic of a rican and speaks spanish
to us latinos...thats what makes you a latino

now you might meet self assumed latinos who grew up in the uk or us and say shes latina...but they dont know a thing...they aint latinos themselves
they go back to wherever theyre from to visit...they aint considered latino over there
daddy yankee aint even considered rican on the island...even tho he grew up here and speaks spanish...cuz hes too americanized
