Massive coldsore!

Honestly, this has to be the worst one ive ever had! whats the best thing for it thats not really expensive? im scared its going to spread all over my lips!

YEH DEFINITLY! i get bad coldsores .. when i get one my lip swells up really big.. and i just use it till it goes down..

. i went to boots and the guy on the pharmacy counter recommended Cymex. he said zovirax was good, but as the coldsore had already come up really big, this one would be better, as zovirax was more for prevention. but if this ones crap, i will get zovirax.
