)I'm female, and yes you have hit the nail on the head! It's not really awkward but it would be nice to have something to say. I usually come out with something stupid like "what was that for?" and NEED to stop saying that!

I've only ever kissed one guy (I'm 17!) He started talking to me in the park on my way back from school, and he ended up persuading me to kiss him. It was really awkward afterwards (he used tongues!!) as I had no idea what to say because I just met him AND we kissed.
So I have no idea what line is best.
