Go for it, dude.

Perhaps the only way to find out if you have anything in common is by going on a date with her.

Maybe try and talk to her more. If you start chatting to her regularly then you can casually throw in a 'so, fancy a drink after work?' and Kabam you're in.
Totally agree with Vicktor.
How are you gonna know how she feels if you don't talk to her? Asking her out will make you feel so much better. Just make sure you let her know that you'll still be friends even if she says no.

I supposee you're right but there;s the thing to not rock the boat. I want to talk to her but I feel nervous. Nonetheless when a conversation does get going its all good. Those moments are very rare though.
Im hoping to find a good moment and then ask her out, not randomly. Any good topic ideas?

If she likes *insert some stupidly popular program here like Lost or Hollyoaks*. If a guy spoke to me about Hollyoaks I'd probably end up in bed with him (if I was single). Nothing is as cool as sharing a passion!

Maybe talk to her about films out at the moment which leads smoothly to asking her to the cinema!

Just chat. You don't have to constantly come out with "funny" one liners, which just go a little ****ty after you've said them. Talk about anything and everything. Talk about the snow. Any girl who doesn't want to talk about snow deserves to be ignored.

Man I wish I had snow. My ex lives on the other side of my estate and its built like on a steep but short hill and another one and he has a fat tobaggon.
I used to live on his side which has one long straight smooth curve. My side has a well curvy road. It would be awesome to tobagon and a challenge.

I WANT SNOW!!!
