Bugger it. Let's have four years of old labour, dusted off from the back of the shelves and pushed out into the lime light.
1. There's maximum 3 years left of this government, probably 2.
2. "Old Labour" spent 18 years not getting elected, even when the Tories were pretty unpopular, because their policies were so unattractive.
3. It took an entire revamp in to New Labour to get the country to elect them.

Simply put, a couple of years of Old Labour and we'd have the Tories in for a decade at least. So yeah, maybe it's a good idea.
