why was I so stupid

saw a girl I really liked, we exchanged glances but she was walking out of the department from a lecture and we were going into a practical. Why didn't I do anything? Now I have to wait until same time next week but I might miss her. Why am I so stupid?

I kinda had a moment like this today too, this girl caught my eye as I walked past her to go to lesson, and she looked back at me. I stood against the wall waiting to go into lesson as she was just down the hall, I looked back over again and she was already looking too.
