PAT Syllabus

Hey there!

I'm applying for Physics at Oxford for 2016 entry and I was wondering if there are any good textbooks to prepare for it. I'm from Spain, where Physics and Chemistry are studied as an only subject in the first year of the A-Levels equivalent (Bachillerato), so I haven't covered most of the syllabus at school.

I wouldn't mind working with my 2nd year books, as they cover all the syllabus, but I'd rather prepare for it with an A Levels textbook, so what I study is closer to what I'm going to be asked (in a certain way).

Do you suggest any good textbook? I'm working at the moment with Jim Breithaupt's AQA Physics A AS (Oxford University Press), but I'm there are much better textbooks.

Thanks for your help.

Alejandro González Pérez.

Thank you! It was`t exactly what I was asking for, but I've had a quick look at some of them and they seem interesting. I have actually read some of them in the past. I'll read some of the others too, thanks
