Graduation dresses

So I graduate in just over two weeks and I am absolutely dreading finding a graduation dress or even wearing heels!

What is everyone wearing? Are heels necessary, are dresses? I barely wear either and i just have no idea what I am going to do!

Where could i look? what are other peoples choices?

assuming this is a UK graduation and that you will be wearing a traditional undergraduate pattern robes and hood ...

a simple day / office type dress / skirt and top/ trousers and top would be appropriate unless you are a serving police officer or military person where no 2s would be worn

the standard for male gradunands is lounge suits / no 2s .

What colour is your hood? Perhaps we could recommend colours for a dress
