After seeing the constant hatred directed towards you here on tsr on a daily basis, i felt it necessary to say something.
As a Jewish person myself, I know what its like to feel like people have hatred towards you or are hostile, and I also know the kind of awful situations which this dehumanisation and intolerance can lead to.
I just want to let you know that this intolerance on tsr is not representative of wider society, or at least my experience of it. Everyone i know, even in my Jewish school, regards each Muslim as an individial human being who's own behaviour dictates whether theyre a good person or not, just like anyone else of any religion or no religion. There is no hostility or hatred directed towards you from the people I know and associate with.
I know how umcomfortable and fearful in can make you when you are constantly seperated out and targeted, and even seeing one anti-semitic post on her makes me feel worried for me and my family, so it must be horrendous having as many attacks against you as Muslims receive on here.
So again, the world is not against you, most people are kind and tolerant - do not think that the views on tsr of indicative of all of the UK.
