Need help on career paths on salaries of medical physiology graduates

I am currently picking between Biomedical science, Pharmacology and Medical physiology.

What I want to know is what are the most common career paths of medical physiology graduates, what are the salaries of those jobs, how many hours is one usually expected and out of the 3, would medical physiology be the most reliable choice in terms of finding a well paying job after graduating even if that means going into further study.

I also read that you're able to transfer onto some sort of accounting career once you finish your degree. Is anyone able to testify what these careers would pertain to and whether I'd have as much of a chance finding a career in the field compared to someone who had done a degree in it.

Thanks in advance.
