Although you have obviously just been through a break up and want solace. It is best to list details of whats happened, you say you don't know why, but if thats the question you want to answer then you have to provide more details of which would help us answer.

Sending you hugs honey. My boyfriend and I split up on Sunday and I've spent the whole week being so miserable and tonight eating chocolate and moping whilst no doubt he's getting drunk with his mates. Whether you know why it happens or not, it's never easy. x
