I guess love is the kind where you know the person you love really well, and they know you; a coupley thing maybe?

I would say that infatuation is loving someone that you hardly know, based on their physical appearance, or what you've heard about them from other people...

I'm guessing love is when you want to spend your entire life with the person, feel incomplete without them and miss them when they are even next to you just because you can't have them. Infatuation is just having a crush on them, likeing them because of their physical appearance and only really wanting one thing from them (lusting after them etc)

Love is something you feel after knowing the person for a long time,and seeing their habits etc,and even when they've pissed you off a zillion times,you can not imagine them not being there to continue doing it.
infatuation is what you feel for the first 2 - 3 months of a relationship,unless you've known the person closely previously for a long time,then you can term it love.i didn't love my bf till about 4-6 months,but i'd known him for 3 before that,so i knew i was kidding around when he asked me. it's pretty cool love.just don't say it till you really mean it.it's not a word to be used lightly
