Hey guys, I have just been invited for a job interview for Capita, and its for m&s as a customer service advisor and I'm just wanting to know if anyone has any tips for me to prepare for the interview and if you could share your experiences as well.

Yes!! I had the exact same experience with this lady Sandiswa Nxawe, very rude and looked so unhappy in their job. Did not seem to be listening or able to understand me properly, just reading off paper with no human interaction and very distracted. Let’s move on and look forward to better, more professionally led interviews as this is very poor.
