Guy A
-Broad physique from working on farms in his teens
-Always looks presentable but "normal" doesn't follow fashion.
-Strong and dominant body language
-Relaxed, comfortable with himself.
-Takes the lead in his relationships and interactions with women in general
-Moderately jealous/possessive if he likes a girl
-Sexually assertive, but respectful
-Says what's on his mind, is unashamed of expressing happiness or anger but rarely shows weakness.
-Has military experience
-Would never go looking for a fight, but would never run away from one either
-Has no social media except Facebook.
-Has a simplistic world outlook that comes from himself and his own experiences

Guy B
-Skinny, slightly androgynous looking.
-Follows fashion trends.
-Light, airy, slightly awkward body language
-Not really relaxed, very self aware.
-Often talks about feminism, gay rights, transexuals, etc.
-Went through a "bi-sexual phase" in his teens.
-Doesn't take the lead in his interactions with women because he "doesn't want to oppress them".
-Not possessive, doesn't mind his girlfriend dancing or flirting with other guys.
-Sexually unassertive, always asks permission before making a move.
-Rarely says what's on his mind, always thinks about how other people will perceive what he says first, especially women.
-Would always run away from a fight, is very scared of violence.
-Has Twitter, instagram, etc. Often posts about "the patriarchy".
-Has a convoluted world outlook that comes from his sociology degree.

They are both early 20s, white and of a similar intellectual level. Guy A looks like a less good looking version of Channing Tatum, guy B looks like a less good looking version of Orlando Bloom.

B sounds annoying and undesirable as a partner, so A. Although i would probably be intimidated by A tbh.

Guy B no question.

It's implied Guy A likes to oppress women and I prefer someone to have a complex outlook on life.

You've describe people that are polar opposites, so I assume as Guy B as described as "doesn't want to oppress" women, that Guy A would want to..

No. He just naturally takes the lead in relationships and interactions with women, he makes definitive decisions and puts himself first however he does listen to her perspective and if he likes her will genuinely want to make her happy. He doesn't perceive doing this to be oppressive. It comes naturally and he thinks it is expected of him.

Guy B doesn't make definitive decisions, beats around the bush, and feels he must always have female approval before doing anything. He puts women first and himself second, he is scared of asserting himself because he is worried that doing so might be perceived as insensitive and patriarchal. He does not however care about the woman's opinion any more than Guy B does, he just wants to know he is acting in the acceptable and politically correct way.
