If you like hitting the snooze button as much as I do then you probably don't have much time to cook breakfast before class. Here are some quick high protein snacks that I use to whip up before school:

Greek yogurt parfait:
- 1/2 serving 0% plain greek yogurt
- tablespoon of stevia for taste
- sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup granola/oats

Mix yogurt and stevia in a cup, then top with granola and strawberries.

Chunky Monkey Shake:
- 1 medium banana
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop protein powder

Protein pancakes:
- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- pinch of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- top with fruit

Need some new recipes.. anybody else have ideas??

I love the chunky monkey shake! Are these good for gaining weight or more for losing weight?

The Chunky Monkey Shake and Protein Pancakes are a little higher in overall calories but are great for keeping you full and are loaded with protein.

The Greek Yogurt Parfait recipe is great if you're trying to watch your calorie intake (losing weight), as it's very low in calories yet has a decent amount of protein.
