not too sure about A2, but AS was focused on 20 core studies, and asked one question on each study (very easy!)

As for A2, we haven't been told much, just that we will be looking a lot at comparative psychology, animals, and different psychological conditions, thats it...

OCR A2 Psychology is all applied units, so you'll look at two subject areas from; education, health, crime, organisations, sport and environment.

We do education (which I love), and crime (which people seem to like). Last year, we did health rather than education and I hated it :frown:

(I teach, rather than study OCR psych).

What did your teacher do wrong? Coz I didn't like relationships either, and I thought it was because of my teacher, but relationships has been really unpopular - so maybe it's hard to teach?

I just don't like the particular teacher, he is a crap teacher and didn't even bother teaching us most of it!! :rolleyes:

Out of the three unit 4 modules, relationships was definately the one i liked the least.

A very shy guy goes into a bar and sees a beautiful woman sitting at the bar.

After an hour of gathering up his courage, he finally goes over to her and asks,

tentatively, "Um, would you mind if I chatted with you for a while?"

She responds by yelling, at the top of her lungs,

"NO! I won't sleep with you tonight!"

Everyone in the bar is now staring at them. Naturally, the guy is hopelessly and

completely embarrassed and he slinks back to his table.

After a few minutes, the woman walks over to him and apologizes.

Shen smiles at him and msays, "I'm sorry if I embarrassed you. You see, I'm a

graduate student in psychology, and I'm studying how people respond to

embarrassing situations."

To which he responds, at the top of his lungs, "What do you mean $200?!"

Does anyone know any good books related to psychology? Well, not like a textbook but a proper story book...

Need something to read over the summer holidays.

I read 'The curious incident of the dog in the night time' a few weeks back, very easy to read, really helped understand what it would be like to be autistic!

any ideas? :smile:
