In my opinion you could deal with that question going down numerous paths. Some examples of key themes to consider:

Separation of powers, Judge interpret law vs Judge made law, Is the Rule of Law based solely upon Parliamentary Sovereignty/Supremacy, the system of Judicial Review - again does the judiciary find the right answer in these cases? or do they themselves not have enough knowledge on Judicial Review (see some cases where the Judges made decisions based on "if they had to...they would have... Also GCHQ case would help here)

some websites which also help - https://www.judiciary.gov.uk/about-t...-constitution/

http://www.lawobserver.co.uk/legal_system_20.html

as for Oscola, just google search some videos on how to use it, although their own guide is not too difficult to follow as they show examples.

Hopefully answered your queries !
