Fluid retention

Does anyone know if it's possible to take anything to relieve fluid retention? I went on the pill a few months ago and during this time I put on weight. I'm unsure as to whether this weight was down to fat or fluid retention. I never had my withdrawal bleed when I came off the pill, I had the abdominal pain which suggested it was going to start, then I had a tiny streak of blood and that was it. Since then I've just felt bloated, it's the sort of feeling I get before a period but the period just doesn't arrive.

to reduce FLUID retention you need a diuretic. Adios is herbal weight loss pill isn't it?

People do realise there is a world of difference between having put on weight in form of fat, and retaining fluid...
