How much sleep do you require to feel ok? Watch
On a school night I could be fine on 8-9 hours sleep.
Too bad I go to sleep too late for that to happen
8 is pretty much the optimum amount for me, anymore and I'll feel just as awful. Can manage on 4/5 if I need to.
I seem to be able to have less than this multiple nights running, e.g 3 days of 4-5 hours, and be absolutely fine and hardly notice it, but need to catch up at some point afterwards. Like maybe a 10 hour night to catch up? Anyone else find this?
