If I sleep naturally (no alarm clock) then I'm asleep for about 12 hours, 13 hours when I'm really tired and 10-11 hours when I'm less tired.

On a school night I could be fine on 8-9 hours sleep.

About 9/10 hours and I'll feel great

Too bad I go to sleep too late for that to happen

I think 8 hours is just about right. With any less I look like I'm sick and with anymore I get a headache

Ideally, you'd like to spend half of your life asleep? Jesus christ.

8 is pretty much the optimum amount for me, anymore and I'll feel just as awful. Can manage on 4/5 if I need to.

8-9 hours to feel adequate. Honestly at 5-6 hours can be quite dangerous for me.

7 ish is optimum

I seem to be able to have less than this multiple nights running, e.g 3 days of 4-5 hours, and be absolutely fine and hardly notice it, but need to catch up at some point afterwards. Like maybe a 10 hour night to catch up? Anyone else find this?
