Calais

There are approximately 30,000+ people (from mainly African countries) attempting to reach Great Britain from across the border in Calais.

Clearly this small island cannot cope with the great influx of people wanting to come over.

What can be done to alleviate their suffering in their homelands and to stop them from becoming so desperate, thinking in particular those two unfortunate guys who stowed away on a flight in the under carriage and one became unconscious and fell to his death.

to be honest I think we should actually just properly defend our borders, as opposed to feeling as if we should bribe them to not come
