    -k = x² - 2mx - (x-m)²
    -k = x² - 2mx - (x² + m² - 2mx)
    -k = x² - 2mx - x² - m² + 2mx
    k = m²

    (b) (i) x² - 2mx
    (x - m)² - m²
    min value = -m²

    (ii)x - m = 0
    x = m
    at this min. value.

    x² - 2mx = x² - 2mx + m -k
