only in films

When I first saw my now boyfriend of 2 years, I thought he was just an odd, reclusive foriegn student. I didn't even 'notice' how fit he was for a few days, but gradually I learned that he was an entirely unique person, a bit crazy, but entirely amazing, chivalrous and lovely. Started going out with him after a few weeks of flirtation and spending most of my spare time just hanging out in each others rooms.

But the point is, I didn't feel like I LOVED him until i knew him, properly!

I definitely think there can be 'something' at first sight, but I wouldn't say it was love (there must have been something otherwise I wouldn't have chase my bf for 2 months after seeing him only once and saying 'hi')

I think there can be a connection upon first meeting... I don't believe that you can love someone simply through looks, to take the phrase literally.

not love at first sight, lust maybe.

I'm not sure how, but I was sure I would fall for my gf the first time we met, I was right.

I don't believe in "love" at first sight, but I know one can feel a very, very strong attraction to someone when one knows very little about them (heck, a PM and one MSN conversation did it for me )

And I know it is possible to fall in love very soon after.
