When do you have to pay the tuition fees?
I already got accepted to do a postgraduate course, I have to do a pre-payment of 200. The whole tuition fees is 4500 £. I did not get any information about when and how I should do this.

There is a choice to pay on registration or by instalments - there is also contact details on the web page - best to contact them directly

Can this be done at other Universities, particularly Warwick?
Your better off contacting the individual Universities to get their own policy on fee payment. Warwick appear to let you pay in 3 instalments:
