I'm like that too, but it doesn't really bother me. I tend to stay up (usually working :frown:) until about 4am, and then wake up at 10.

I guess if you really want to break the cycle you could try staying awake for 36 hours. Then you'd be exhausted the following night, and could sleep by 9pm. Then set your alarm for 9am the next morning and keep it up!
hmmm i have the same problem right now!...i just keep thinking too much at night, about whther i've got into med skool or not and stuff like that. It's really annonying

....i'm not in the uk at the moment but i'm presuming you are...if so then maybe have a look into 'calms' or it might be spelt with a K.. i think its a herbal medicine to help u go sleep...u should be able to get it at tesco's

...u should also try and indentify the cause of your lack of sleep....hot stuffy bedroom? worries? and then deal with it accordingly
From what you're saying, it seems you aren't suffering from lack of sleep, rather that it's just at the wrong time. You need to try to shift it back and get into the habit of sleeping at night. Try getting up half an hour earlier every day for a week, and then another half an hour earlier and so on until you have shifted your sleep back to what you consider to be normal times.

Totally wear yourself out one day, come back home, go to bed at 10 and set an alarm for 7. Sorted!
