Depending on what it is a can get really jealous...I blame it on being an only child haha

If you're using the term jealousy in a strict technical sense, then I can say I have never been jealous of anyone because jealousy is to do with bitter or envious resentment. I can't recall a single moment in my life when I've been jealous of someone's achievements or possessions. Do I wish I had what they had? Yes, all the time! But I'm not resentful and I've never been envious when I see others who are more successful or have something that I wish I had.

Yes. I don't get jealous of people having better things than me or looking prettier than me but when I am having a bad day with panic attacks, I do get jealous of people who can just go out and go into shops, shopping centres, town etc with not a care in the world. Makes me sound quite bitter but as soon as I get back on track again, the feeling goes away

I do, often after I have checked social media...its really bad i know
I do get over it quickly though as I remind myself of what I do have and that I don't exactly know about all the not so great stuff that goes on in their lives
