How to improve confidence speaking to girls ? Watch

So basically I have low self confidence, I don't know why I just do.
I've been able to speak to girls before(being extremely nervous though) if I like them more than a friend for example, fine speaking to ones I have no attraction or feelings for though. But usually when I do drum up the confidence to speak to a girl I get rejected...which honestly just puts me off, I've tried roughly speaking about 7 girls this year to no avail. I'm not particularly loud, or confident, and I certainly don't think I have an big ego either.

Just imagine your audience naked and the nerves should go away :yy:

realise that nothing in this world actually matters and that you're talking to something which is 70% water

imagine talking to a water bottle, all the nerves will go instantly

You're thinking too much about it, when you talk to a lad I assume you don't think about what you're saying. However, when it comes to talking to girls, you'll overthink what you want to say. Let it happen naturally, they're just girls so talk to them as you'd talk to a lad.

I'm just hoping that I can find someone at Uni. Since right now there doesn't seem to be any opportunity to.

Realize that girls are self-conscious yet can sometimes have overly-large egos. Compliment our personalities/smiles/eyes and you're in pal

Same thing used to happen to me when I spoke to a guy I like. Don't overthink it... That seems to do the trick.

Don't put too much pressure on yourself. Think of them as a friend and force yourself to relax. Just go with the flow, don't think too much. The more you put yourself out there, the more confident you will become - or so I'm told lol

If you've "liked" 7 girls this year that's where your problem is. Seems a bit desperate to me.

mmm well there's not many girls at my sixth form, and I can never get my friends to socialize or anything(so I couldn't just go out and meet some). So it's not that often I even speak to someone I don't know.(Unless sometimes text but that doesn't count).

Are you starting uni soon? If yes, I would say save the socialising with girls for uni. There's plenty of girls there and the atmosphere is more relaxed so you will be able to have more confidence than you do now.
