It soudns a bit more drastic than it is. You'll probably have a little bruising and swelling, but they should give you something for that. Don't worry about it too much, you won't really know what's going on! Eventually you'll have a nice normal looking nose hehe. You have my sympathy though, fractured noses are not fun!
