I never really got the big deal about glasto.
I had tickets for it a couple of years back (01 i think, although it could have been 02), but i sold them, as i don't see the appeal of spending a load of time in a muddy field.
    Oooh I forgot about 2002

It hasn't been muddy since 98.

So its a field, without mud???
Is it me, or does that not make sense?

Anyway, either way, its just not my idea of fun.

    my regrets:
    • going out the new year before last and when i got home my grandma had been rushed to hospital and had died. the last thing i did when i left the house had been pulling faces behind her back cos she made a comment that i would catch my death of cold and couldn't walk in my shoes (both statements entirely justified in retrospect)
    • going out with my best friend, although we did become very close again after we split up it has been an uphill struggle and i've screwed things up completely now and i don't think he will ever forgive me
    • always living in the past
    • not always being there enough for my friends
    • not doing any work at all this year
    • continuing with philosophy this year, should have done economics again (which i found incredibly easy)

Damn it, I was just gonna post that as well!

2nd one: not getting into hoops earlier. I'd have seen MJ in his prime and the Knicks in the Pat Riley/early Jeff Van Gundy era .

Choosing the wrong GCSEs. I get really angry and bitter just thinking about it and wondering why no one ever advised me. But, other than that, then nothing.

Everything. Even the good things aren't so good anymore.

But when they get good again they seem even better than before . That's why rich people are all depressed - they start off happy but then they forget what it feels like to not be happy because they've felt happy for so long, so feeling happy doesn't actually feel that good. It's a lose/lose situation really.

I try to live by the no regrets motto, although I do regret my A-Level choices as they have restricted my choices for uni a bit.
