Bristol apparently had the most applications. Lancaster the least. I have no idea why.

This is probably the best answer to your question, it also shows the more meaningful stuff like applications vs places, though it also contains the obvious limitations of such information.

Roehampton doesn't even offer medicine lol!

Oxbridge, Imperial and UCL receive the most applications, followed by other London Unis.

Wrong, i think its Bristol for sure because they don't require the UKCAT. After that my guess is Birmingham, Edinburgh, followed by UCL and Imperial.
