You got carpal tunnel syndrome from that post?

If it is just a trapped nerve (which I've had and can sympathise - it hurts like HELL) then it just goes away in it's own course... I'm not sure if there's anything that can be done about it, but my older bro is a doctor, and he told me to just wait it out

I get it all the time! (But I do have carpal tunnel, so it's kinda expected). Saying that I had it from my elbow to the top of my middle finger all last week, which was agony! I usually take a few pain killers and try not to move it too much until it starts to feel less sore, and then try gentle movements until the pain stops. Hope it gets better!

I don't see why there isn't a possibility of carpal tunnel in this situation.

Thanks for all the advice! The pain has more or less gone now, though there's the occasional twinge :frown:

P.S. - I don't think it's carpal tunnel
