    I don't have very thorough notes, because, well, the teachers are pretty awful, does anyone have any real thorough revision notes that they could send me for module 2 and module 3? Urgent. Thanks.

    OK.

    Paper 1:
    * Political Paricipation and democracy - democracy(direct/indrect) -
    Government - the state - authority - citizenship - rights of citizens
    * Do elections garuntee democracy - representation of PR - mandate -
    Referendums - electoral systems
    *Political parties - functions - concensus/adversarial - democracy -
    three main parties & their ideologies/policies - party system
    *Pressure Groups

    Paper 2:
    * Role of parliament i.e Commons - Lords - Scrutiny - marginalisation - select
    committees - functions
    * Civil Service - Cabinet/ Ministers (their relationship) - Why do ministers resign ect priministerial/presidentialism - accountability
    * U.K Constitution

    Paper 3:
    *Constitutional Reform
    *Electoral Systems
    *Europe

    Paper 1 & 2 answer 2/4 questions (half an hour each) and on paper 3 answer one question (1 hour)
