Heeled boots in summer?

What's your opinion on people wearing heeled boots in the summer? I have these shoes:

I got away with wearing them last summer with a cute dress whilst it was a nice hot day, and I'd like to wear them in a few days time with tights and a dress (the weather's looking pretty bleak for that day). I can't find any nice mid heel closed toe shoes anywhere! Would I get away with wearing these?

Just wear them if you want to wear them, why do you need to ask us? Other people's opinions on what you wear don't matter in the slightest.

First of all, C U T E :h:

Heeled Ankle-boots are acceptable, provided you wear something light and not too heavy e.g. ankle cuffed trousers with a nice blouse, white summery dress etc.
