I hate my English teacher this year.
One of her comments was "you need to relax your style". Wtf does that mean? How can your style be too formal in an essay?
On another timed essay she just underlined a huge chunk and wrote down "dreadful". She literally has done nothing to help me, and I no longer have any motivation to even finish an essay when all the feedback I am getting is pointless insults which don't help me whatsoever.
She has favourites too.
It's really annoying.

I prefer harsher comments like that as I am one of these people who would be soo determined to prove them wrong. Sorta the wrong attitude to have for achieving A grades as you should want them for yourself but hey!
