Because the air and wind etc, move the dust along quickly outside. Inside the air isn't very fast flowing, forcing the dust to settle.
And beside, it's light outside so at times it's hard to see the dust if it does form

And isnt most of dust inside buildings dead skin cells? About 65% I think
Yeah.
Yeah..most dust is dead skin cells so it makes sense that there's more inside because thats where humans spend a large portion of their time, and also its a more confined space inside. Outside is more vast and also there are external factors such as wind.

because outside air gets ventilated! inside just goes round an oiund. I have to hoover my little room every week or i can't breathe in it, probably cos there's only one small window and i rarely open it cos it's too cold.
