No, seems ok to me.

I'll be 19 soon and my boyfriend is 23 so it's in reverse but we've never had anybody say anything about the gap, it's what 4 years? :smile:

Nah that's not too big, one of my friends goes out with someone 9 years older and it works for them. If your happy and it works, what's the problem? :smile:

i personally dont think its a problem at all..as long as you are both happy then age is not an issue!
unless its like a 72 year old and a 16 year old *cringe*!!

Nah I guess not. If she has a problem with it it raises doubts over her level of maturity in dealing with the situation, not mine.

My mum and her ex boyfriend had 21 years between them, it really makes no difference.

Personally I'd be bothered. If it was the other way round (you being older and her younger), then it wouldn't matter so much. The reason behind this is females tend to be more mature than males, so at that age, a 19 year old male might still be considered immature, whereas a 23 year old female might be considered fully mature. It's an opinionated thing at the end of the day. And as the others said, as long as you're happy.

If you think it bothers her then ask her. Personally I think she wouldn't be with you if it did.

Nah, it's all good as long as you're both happy. My boyfriend's two years younger than me but is really mature for his age, so I don't even notice. :smile:
