In terms of time of original publish, or time of print? For both, mine is probably Dante's Divine Comedy (published 1320, and I have a copy which was printed in the mid-1800s). I've also got some pre-war books (1910 is the latest one), mainly on medieval Italy and German art (strange combination, I know...), and a couple of books from the 1930s.

Mine would be a 1790s printing of Buffon's Histoire Naturelle, or my Divina Commedia by year of publication
