When I get my results, where should I look for the actual grade? Can anyone explain all these terms below?

Grd2
Mark
Equiv
End1
End2

It's generally very obvious as most of the columns will be empty. A grade in capital letters is an overall qualification grade, a grade in lower case is the indicative grade for a unit. The mark is the number of UMS you got to get that grade.
